Job Title Insight Manager - Brand & Proposition Job Description About our Insight Manager role.As our insights Manager, you will manage high-profile strategic global customer insight projects to inform our strategy development and drive customer-centric decisions. Playing a vital part in developing an insight and data-driven culture. Our Insights Manager will also be driving a holistic understanding of our customers to ensure their actions and voices inform business decisions. What’s in it for you?

You will be designing, managing and delivering insight to support product, brand and marketing activity, collaborating with key stakeholders including the CX Insight team to collaborate on understanding customer pain points and unmet needs. You will also be creating actionable insights and translating them into clear & and compelling communications to engage, inspire and drive decisions/action along with collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to identify valuable research questions, shape briefs and ensure the value of the activity within the team. You will be Identifying, onboarding, and managing a best-in-class roster of research suppliers and insight consultancies plus coaching, developing and leading existing and newly onboarded suppliers and agencies and their teams to deliver impact and action from insight and to continually enhance performance and value add to Sage. Minimum qualifications
•Experience at Insight Manager level.
•Quantitative and qualitative research experience
•The ability to manage multiple insight research projects
•Strong stakeholder management
