This is a Flexible Field-Based Role and you will visit maximum 2 clients per day in the area of Basingstoke Reading or South London.

You will provide customer service and technical support for both Printing hardware and software solutions. Youll be the first point of resolution for service issues, responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone with strong Printers hardware knowledge and basic IT Networking skills.
Deliver exceptional customer support, resolving hardware and software faults.
Support Kyocera - Canon - Konica Minolta - Microsoft Networks DHCP DNS - TCP/IP LDAP - Active Directory
Complete service calls efficiently, adhering to response times and KPI targets.
Use proactive troubleshooting tools and procedures to resolve issues on-site or remotely.
Participate in training to keep knowledge up to date, supporting career progression.
Provide basic support for software products and escalate complex issues to software consultants.
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft networks , including DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP protocols. ( WITH TRAINING PROVIDED )
Familiarity with print and document management software (e.g., WITH TRAINING PROVIDED )
