We are looking for a full time Assistant Manager who will support the Home manager and Deputy Manager in the running of a 60 bedded home and work in a direct care capacity on a day-to-day basis. Ensuring the home is operating to a high standard, including maintaining adequate staffing and implementation of staff training.
Work in a direct care capacity on a day-to-day basis.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the contract of employment.
Ensure that the home is operating to a high standard and acceptable to the requirements of the proprietors, the Local Authority, Social Services and the Fire Prevention Officer.
To assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate training for staff.
Must hold at least a NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Experience in dementia care.
