We build, renew, maintain highways, airports, railway infrastructure, and commercial, industrial and educational buildings. This role will be based out of our Head of Office in Hoddesdon.
The Senior Bid Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of high-quality tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives. The role involves managing bid teams, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members in bid management processes.
Demonstrated success in securing and managing bids for complex projects within both public and private construction sectors, ideally with experience across Commercial, Life Science, Defence, and Education fields.
Exceptional skills in negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management , with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities , committed to driving continuous improvement throughout bid management processes.
