Site Manager - Residential and Coimmercial Projects
Position: Full-time, Permanent.
A competitive salary of up to £65k per year
Our client is a well-established company with a rich history dating back to 1908, specializing in high-quality fit-out projects within the leisure and hospitality sectors across the UK. They are currently looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee and lead projects up to £5 million, ensuring all aspects of the projects are executed flawlessly.
Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end execution of fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
-Lead and manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure project objectives are met.
-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
-A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing high-quality fit-out projects, particularly in the leisure and/or hospitality sectors.
-Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects valued up to £5 million.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools.
-Must possess a full, clean UK driving license.
-Willingness to travel and work across the UK, including weekends when necessary.
-Ability to provide two references from previous clients that confirm a strong track record in project delivery and management.
Highly motivated with a commitment to achieving excellence in all project outcomes.
-Ability to adapt to changing project demands and work within tight deadlines
