Are you an experienced Internal Communications Specialist looking for a fresh opportunity that you can hit the ground running with straight away? We have an Internal Communications role available within DS Smith's Head Office. DS Smith is an international packaging company with a focus on the sustainability of their products. This role is ideal for someone who considers themselves to be personable, comes from a strong internal communications background and thinks outside of the box.

Role: Internal Communications Business Partner

Location: Hybrid working, office base: X3 days office based and X2 days remote working

Contract length: 6 months initially with the view to offer permanent position

Shift Patterns: Mon-Fri, full time, standard office hours

Start: Immediately/ASAP

Working with senior leadership to deliver communications around purpose, values and narrative
Executing internal communications plan
Creating interesting content and developing communication materials across multiple channels
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Developing internal communication strategies for senior leadership
Providing a positive support function for the communication teams and senior stakeholders Essential requirements:

Proven ability to create interesting content and complex information into digestible material
Experience and strong understanding of digital, print and broadcast communications
IT literacy especially with MS Office, Adobe in-Design, Adobe Premiere and Qualtrics
Driving licence and use of a car
Ability to speak multiple languages
