Job description Job Title: Core Maker Location: Stourbridge Pay Rates: £15.00 - £18.25 Shift Patterns: Nightshift As a core maker, you will be working in the heart of a bustling foundry based in Lye. Our client has a phenomenal amount of new business coming through the door and is looking for an experienced Core Maker to join their team. Responsibilities: Core making. Cold box core blowing. Maintaining process flow and cycle time in the moulding.· Quality checking cores. Manoeuvring and transportation of moulding boxes, clamping, and preparation for casting and knock-out to meet production requirements. Reporting any defects.Qualification/experience: Experienced in cold box core blowing. Preferably Laempe experienced.Benefits and working hours: Four-day working week. 17:00 - 05:00 Monday - Thursday. Overtime paid after 38 hours. 30-minute unpaid break. Flexible tea and coffee breaks. Pension scheme. Factory shutdowns.
