Role Overview: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, providing excellent customer service, and efficiently handling complaints. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
Manage complaints effectively, striving for positive resolutions
Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the sales team
Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator,:
Previous experience in a similar sales administration or customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using CRM software is advantageous
