Manager and Makeup Artist Trainer

In this role, you’ll enjoy creative freedom and a chance to work closely with an open-minded management team.

Manage staff schedules, including teacher and assistant rotas.
• Oversee stock management and place product orders.
• Build relationships with brands and clients.
• Engage with students and graduates.
• Coordinate teams for events and work experiences, including fashion weeks across 4+ global locations.
• Manage student records, performance, and portfolios.
• Travel internationally and work with our clients in London, Paris, New York and Milan.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as makeup studio or retail management experience, are key.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Flexible work hours during the week and weekends.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience as a makeup artist with expertise in beauty, fashion, airbrush and special effects makeup.
