Are you an experienced Design Engineer with knowledge of the EV market? Are you looking to take a step up into a leadership role and mentor other design engineers? Then this role is perfect for you We are currently looking for a Principle Electrical Design Engineer to join a well-known EV company in the Silverstone area This opportunity will be great for an experienced leader, or someone with experience who is looking to take the next step up in their career. The department will be using CATIA V5 to design the latest technology within the EV market, including HV batteries, wiring harnesses and other hardware. Your role? You will be in a supervisory role within the department, including mentoring other design engineers, holding and attending internal and external meetings, along with giving your professional opinion on new designs. To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience with the design of HV batteries, Wiring Harnesses and other electrical hardware. Ideally you will have experience working in a leadership role within a design team and have a strong understanding of the EV market. You must also hold the full right to live and work within in the UK So what is in it for you?
