You will be providing legal and business affairs support on a range of contracts and commercial deals with a particular focus on acquisition of rights ('rights-in') of scripted and non-scripted programmes from production companies. Strong demonstrable technical commercial law experience
Understanding of the breakdown of rights in television or films
Ability to quickly establish excellent working relationships with commercial and legal colleagues
A background in either television or film licensing, commercial contracts or intellectual property
