FP&A Lead, Multi-Asset Investment Fund, London, UK
We are partnering with a leading multi-asset investment firm which is looking to bring an FP&A Lead into their London based finance function. This is a great opportunity to provide key financial insight regarding business performance and take ownership of budgeting and long-term planning across the group. The FP&A Lead will work across financial planning, forecasting and process improvements, driving multiple projects and workstreams while collaborating with a range of stakeholders. Support of group financial planning, modelling, and forecasting
Implementation of processes improvements to provide efficient scenario planning capabilities and insightful analysis of business performance and forecasts
Lead all financial modelling and reforecasting, whether P&L, balance sheet, cash flow etc
Prepare, review and monitor full monthly management reporting and explaining variances to budget and forecasts
Support the development of existing and potentially new systems to reduce the dependency on excel and improve efficiencies and timeliness
Financial services experience would be desired
Experience collaborating with a wide range of business units in a global work environment
Hands on approach with a readiness to be flexible and pragmatic
