  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 5 students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Differentiate instruction to accommodate varying learning styles and abilities, including SEN students.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support individual growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the holistic development of students.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
  • Uphold the school's values and ethos while promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, preferably Year 5.
  • Strong understanding of SEN and strategies for differentiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
  • Dedication to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
