Joining VIXIO Regulatory Intelligence means becoming part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth. This is a pure Account Management role, you would not be responsible for net new business, but you would have responsibility for onboarding new clients (passed over by our New Business team) and the opportunity to grow revenue through cross and upsales of our modular product.
Every Account Manager at Vixio is supported by a Client Value Specialist (CVS) to partner with the management, service and engagement of their clients. This provides you with an opportunity to coach a member of the CVS team as they progress towards an Account Manager role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record of working with subscription products to take their career to the next level with a highly valued and utlised product.
You will use these relationships to drive revenue growth, mitigate risk, maintain forecasting accuracy and share customer feedback to ensure we can continually evolve our product
Use data and client insight, to advise the business of risk within the client portfolio
Proactively work with Commercial and Product teams to course-correct or enhance products/processes
Coach a member of our client value team, helping them to support your portfolio in the most effective way
Leverage the sales and marketing stack, and processes to drive consistency and scale across the function.
Your client portfolio will all have scheduled touch points in place and you are able to renew the majority of accounts 2 months in advance of their expiry date.
You will be partnering with key stakeholders across all the main functions in the business, such as Business Development, Marketing and Content/Analyst, to ensure growth and provide the highest level of service to our customers.
The successful candidate must have a proven background as an Account Manager and is comfortable developing strategies for success whilst simultaneously informing our product roadmap. Hybrid Working (2 days in the office)
