Leading classroom activities including teaching a range of subject areas and providing pastoral support.
Working closely with pupils to maintain their engagement, motivation and to inspire them to reach their full potential.
Supporting individual pupils or smaller groups to help them achieve their learning goals.
Building positive relationships with Teaching Assistants in the school and ensuring that the team around the pupil is effective.

Ideally Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS), or equivalent.
An ability to teach Maths & English to Level 2 (GCSE/Functional Skills).
Transferrable subject knowledge based on experience (SEND/SEN)
Patience, compassion and resilience in how you interact with our pupils and team members.
A driving licence and a willingness to take pupils on trips within the school vehicles.
