We are seeking an Administration Specialist to work within our busy Administration Team. Your role will be to assist with day-to-day administration and office duties, as well as assisting with many varied projects encompassing marketing, sales and liaising with company vendors for all facilities issues which will include the negotiation and purchasing of supplies and equipment. 
Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
· Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
· Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
· Entering and updating the company’s properties and other assets insurance and other related records.
· Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
· Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
· Directing, reviewing, and optimising office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, efficiency and reduce costs.

Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred
· E xcellent English both spoken and written skills
· Excellent communication skills along with an engaging telephone manner, to maintain a calm courteous and professional demeanour
