Ackerman Pierce work closely with County Councils and Schools to provide one to one tutoring for children waiting for school placements. The children we are looking to support have a range of additional complex needs and so we are seeking experienced SEN /HLTA's/tutors/teachers.

Support in Math, English is required. This student has been diagnosed with Autism so previous SEN experience is required.

Start date - ASAP
End date - Ongoing - Definitly until the end of the academic year, with potential of being extended.
Contract type - Temporary
Hours - 5 hours per day - 3 days per week (Tues, Wed and Thurs)
Rate of pay - Starting at £30 per hour
Term Time Only
During School Hours OnlyWe are looking for candidates who are:-

Available during school hours up to 30 hours per week.
Experience teaching young people with a wide range of complex and challenging needs including SEMH/ASC/MLD/SpLD
Prepared to work face to face within the community.Background teaching in English, Maths, Science or SEN classes ranging from KS1-KS5.
QTS status (or equivalent) or unqualified with two years' experience teaching NC core subjects
2 years previous experience working within a UK school.We can offer a unique experience within recruitment where you have your own personal consultant who is available 16 hours a day, a DBS fully paid for by Ackerman Pierce and a Compliance service with a quick and easy registration process.
