Working in the non-destructive testing department you will be tasked with verifying that products and parts manufactured meet with customer requirements and regulations. The position entails ensuring regular and appropriate testing and inspection of the final product prior to release to customer.
Ideal candidates will also be considered to enhance their career and gain Level 3 status, fully supported by the company.
Visually inspect to internal and customer quality standard
Responsible for performing and maintaining non-destructive testing procedures for various aerospace metallic components
Process components in accordance with NDT data card - cleaning, degreasing, inspect using appropriate method.
Experience working in aerospace or automotive quality systems - minimum 5 years
PCN or EN 4179 Level 2 certification in Magnetic Particle Testing and Penetrant Testing
Proficient using various mechanical inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
Proficient IT skills including MS-Office (primarily, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Aerospace experience
Experience working to Rolls Royce aerospace specifications
