R esponsible for leading projects ( leading the design of mechanical services as a minimum) .
E xplain and present technical matters and solutions to internal and external project teams and clients.
Technical specification writing.
Attend and present own discipline’s design at project design reviews and able to constructively criticise designs of others, giving solutions where issues are perceived.
Review Company products within own discipline on projects for compliance with quality system requirements and Client brief.
Management of internal project teams to meet quality and time deadlines.
Navigation of BIM models using Navisworks software.
Good report writing skills.
Communication – clearly communicate to staff, clients and fellow professionals verbally and in writing.
Agile working (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office, the other days either in the office or from home) . W e provide the technology to enable you to work efficiently and effectively from home .
