We are looking for a high-calibre, experienced ICT Lead with a strong background in transformational change. You will oversee the ICT work-stream, managing the current ICT Project Manager and ICT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) while ensuring alignment with budget and project time-lines.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the ICT work-stream, providing guidance to the ICT Project Manager and team.
Ensure all ICT activities required for successful delivery of the project are accurately planned and documented, including risks and updates.
Document and test all ICT support processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Act as the primary interface between our organisation and the to ensure contractual and operational deliverables are met on time.
Coordinate with the mobilisation work-stream owners and corporate system owners to ensure systems are properly configured and tested for the project's successful delivery.
Efficiently manage project resources and budgets to deliver the project effectively and efficiently.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in a leadership role within ICT, specifically with transformational change projects.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working with high-profile clients, particularly with government.
Exceptional management and leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving project goals.
Familiarity with ICT best practices, methodologies, and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in program management or directorship roles.
A background in ICT within the public sector or with government clients.
