About the role; eCommerce Executive – German Speaking

The eCommerce Executive role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual that can bring fresh andinnovative thinking to Ingenuity and play a key part in driving the account forward on its momentous journey.

The responsibility for the KPIs, growth strategy & e-commerce targets will sit with the eCommerce team ,and rely on their ability to assess the market, be reactive to competitors and align marketing, trading andcreative plans. The Executive will be supported by their manager to report on and influence these KPI’s with strategic thinking and recommendations to our clients.

The unique brand and growing account brings lots of opportunity for development, trading success and diverseopportunity. We currently host multiple sites for the client & are onboarding further accounts in the new year.This growth calls for great responsibility and the management of trading teams to maintain momentum, unlocknew accounts and drive success.

This role is for a German speaking Executive, who will be placed on websites servicing the German market.


Key Responsibilities of the role;


  • Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the Client website as well as developing and
    improving traffic from existing channels.
    • Monitoring key site metrics including GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, Traffic (newand returning) etc.
    • Using analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customerjourney to optimise sales, measure performance & define strategy
    • Deliver on targets and budgets through campaign activations to ensure KPI's are achieved.
    • Ensuring the websites are kept up-to-date with; correct offers, correct gift offers, updated banners,new in products/brands, regularly updated category pages.
    • Work with the client on launching new products and campaigns in line with the brand calendar.
    • Deliver best in class customer experience partnering closely with brand and customer service teams tobrief and build engaging product pages that provide the customer with relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity.
    • Competitor product and pricing analysis - to ensure we are price competitive and market leaders inthe industry.
    • Relaying client needs and requests; balancing expectations both internally and externally.


The Person


  • Commercially astute, ambitious and driven; hungry for success and responsibility.
    • Experience using programs such as word, excel and PowerPoint.
    • Manages their time efficiently, enjoys problem solving and finding effective yet scalable solutions
    • Experience of working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment; online retailing knowledge
    preferable.
    • Strong communication skills; has worked exceptionally as part of a wider team .
    • Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'startup', agile environment with responsibility for key decision making.
