The client is a leading growth & development consultancy company who pride themselves on transforming their client’s business from average to industry leaders in a way that is sustainable to set them up for success. With an impressive portfolio of successful clients spanning multiple industries such as Wealth Management, Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Property and more.
The company operate on a hybrid working structure with a minimum 2 days per week in the office. There is a great deal of flexibility on offer surrounding the working hours and hybrid where additional WFH days can be arranged as well as flexi-time.
Looking for a Finance Manager to join them on a full-time and permanent basis with strong Team Leadership experience and people management skills. The Finance Manager will plan, organise and take charge of all the financial activities of the business and its subsidiaries.
The successful candidate will assist in delivering all aspects of accounting for the Groups sub-ledgers, as well as assisting where required in monthly management accounts, stat accounts and other regulatory reporting requirements. Have daily management of 2+ direct reports within the Finance Team. You will facilitate the running of the group subsidiary companies which will include accruals, payroll, AR & payable ledgers.
Oversee the financial planning process.
Ensure the timely completion & submission of all tax returns.
Produce accurate financial reports.
Part Qualified / Qualified Accountant – CIMA, ACCA, ICAS etc – study support available (essential)
Strong Team Management skills and experience with the aim of developing and growing the current finance team. (Commercial & Business Awareness (essential)
Experience of working through external audit processes
Location: Hybrid – 2/3 Split + flexibility
