Account Manager / Sales Account Manager

We are a leading provider of communication and infrastructure services, specializing in telecoms, broadcast, networking, and wireless industries. We're seeking a talented and charismatic Account Manager to join our sales department and drive growth in our Fibre and Network services sectors.

Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing clients to meet sales quotas.
Forecast and track key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
Prepare comprehensive reports on account status.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Proven track record of success in roles such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
