Sales Manager

We're in search of a driven Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion into the domestic market. Operating on an Energy-as-a-Service platform, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to save customers money while reducing their environmental impact.

Lead the scaling of the sales process, ensuring our message of sustainable energy reaches every corner of the community.
Recruit top-tier sales talent who share our passion for sustainability and possess a relentless drive for growth.
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deploy effective outreach strategies, including targeted local radio campaigns.
Develop and execute sales initiatives aimed at expanding our presence in the domestic market.
Utilize your expertise to identify and onboard Sales Managers for strategic cities, building high-performing sales teams under your guidance.

Demonstrated success in B2C sales roles, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Proven track record of assembling and leading high-performing sales teams.
Experience in grassroots marketing and community engagement initiatives.
Previous managerial experience in sales.
