PT Renewables is partnered with a global aviation company looking for a Production Manager to join a leading MRO operation, taking ownership of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and Plating production areas.

As a Production Manager, you’ll inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of critical processes in highly regulated environments, all while contributing to the company’s operational and strategic goals.

Shape the delivery of high-quality aircraft landing gear services, working with global clients.
Implement lean principles and digital tools to optimise workflow and operational transparency.
Drive operational performance, balancing safety, quality, and commercial priorities.
Simplify complex challenges using data-driven decision-making and SMART performance metrics.
Ensure strict compliance with health & safety, environmental, and aviation regulatory standards (CAA, FAA, EASA).

Knowledge of plating or similar manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of MRO operations, aviation regulations, and quality standards.
Experience in budget management, KPI reporting, and driving performance improvement.
Degree, HNC/HND, recognised management qualification, or equivalent demonstrable experience in leading technical teams.
