HR Executive - Swansea
TSR have a brand-new role for a HR Executive to join a prestigious company in Swansea.

The HR Executive will be instrumental in sculpting the workforce, playing a key role in recruitment and selection, while also engaging in the broader spectrum of HR responsibilities. The HR Executive will be the linchpin in managing relationships with external recruitment partners, overseeing the candidate journey from initial contact to successful onboarding. This includes crafting job descriptions, managing interviews, and ensuring new starters are welcomed and integrated seamlessly into the company culture.

In addition to recruitment, the role involves supporting employee relations, aiding in performance management, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will maintain meticulous records in compliance with GDPR, and assist in the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.

Candidates should possess a proven track record in recruitment, outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience in employee relations and performance management is highly desirable, as is familiarity with HR systems such as Bamboo HR.
