Perform and document maintenance, installation, fault diagnosis, and repair of various control systems.

Inspect, repair, and maintain LV electrical plant, apparatus, control gear, and variable speed drives.

Maintain electro-mechanical plant, including pumps, fans, conveyors, cranes, and valves.

Oversee suppliers/contractors to ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Ensure adherence to Quality and Environmental Management System and Health and Safety Policies.

Provide on-the-job training to apprentices when applicable.

Maintain good housekeeping practices and perform duties in compliance with company policies and environmental, health, and safety standards.

Completed a recognized Engineering Apprenticeship.

Qualified with at least ONC or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline.

Detailed knowledge of Electro-mechanical systems maintenance techniques.

Good understanding of PLC & SCADA/DCS architecture and control systems.

Understanding of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and environmental legislation.

Capable of manual handling, working in confined spaces, and at heights.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, with on-call availability.

Computer literate, adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision.
