Role Overview: As a Project Engineer you will play a critical role in managing and executing projects from initial design through to installation. Your primary responsibilities will involve producing technical drawings, managing projects on-site, and ensuring that all designs meet the specified requirements.

Manage projects from design through to installation, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Conduct site surveys and measurements to produce accurate technical drawings and plans for client approval.
Utilize AutoCAD software to produce 2D and isometric manufacturing drawings, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
Draft and prepare layout drawings for structures, components, and devices within the commercial kitchen ventilation systems.
Prepare detailed drawings for sheet metal components, including calculations for dimensions and allowances.
Compile data and create specification sheets to guide the manufacturing process.
Ensure that all designs and installations comply with safety procedures and construction standards.
Utilize Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel) for project management and documentation.

Proven experience in project management, particularly in the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to produce both 2D and isometric drawings.
Experience in creating technical drawings for sheet metal components and other structural elements.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required, with flexibility for overnight stays (covered by the company).

Monday to Friday, with flexibility based on project requirements.
Overnight hotel stays may be required due to project travel, with costs covered by the company.
