Here at GXO, we are seeking a Head of E-Commerce Operations to join our team at our Lutterworth site.You'll oversee operational performance, ensuring all aspects of the operation at Magna Park meet and exceed GXO's expectations. You'll be responsible for delivering this safely, with a strong focus on people, fostering an operational culture aligned with GXO's values, and emphasizing positive behaviours and effective coaching. 
The site is currently embarking on an exciting journey as it supports Primark with the roll out to all UK stores for the Click & Collect offering alongside the implementation of a large scale Autonomous Mobile Robotic (AMR) operation, which would suit an individual with energy and passion to support this growth and their own development.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday during office hours. Ensure that all H&S, Legal and/or Statutory requirements are adhered to at all times, including basic housekeeping and hygiene
Have demonstrable experience in a fast-moving retail logistics operation
Strong interpersonal, leadership, coaching and motivational skills
