As a FOH Hospitality Coach, you'll be more than just a mentor. You'll be a trusted advisor, motivator, and guide, helping individuals unlock their potential and excel in their hospitality careers. Whether it's coaching new team members or supporting seasoned professionals, your focus will be on ensuring their growth and development. Training will be provided.

Provide one-on-one and group training sessions, empowering individuals to build confidence and refine their skills.
Lead by Example: Demonstrate best practices in hospitality, ensuring learners understand both the technical and customer service sides of the business.
Instill a love for hospitality in others, making sure that every learner feels motivated and excited about their career journey.

Level 4 Qualification in a relevant hospitality or training field (essential).
Experience in the hospitality industry with hands-on knowledge.
A passion for helping others succeed and grow in their careers.
The ability to adapt coaching styles to different learning needs.
