In this role, you'll collaborate closely with commercial clients, private property owners, and pension funds, managing tasks, inspecting sites, and providing traditional building surveying services. This position offers a balanced blend of site and office responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to work with prominent clients on a variety of projects.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Building Surveyor, looking to work for a small consultancy where you will have autonomy within a highly experienced team. The ideal candidate will be a commutable distance to the office.

The Role:

  • Split between office work and site visits in and around London and the Southeast.
  • Providing all traditional building surveying.

  • Comfortable working within a smaller practice.
