Job Description

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage relationships with investors and financial institutions.
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes and systems.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals.
  • Participate in strategic decision-making and business planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
  • Proven experience in financial management in the property industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
