About the Role:

Hays Leadership are delighted to be supporting a secondary school in the South East. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Headteacher to lead this secondary school through a challenging period. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced educational leader to make a significant impact and drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and strategic direction
  • Support and inspire staff and students
  • Implement effective school improvement strategies
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Engage with parents, governors, and the wider community

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Headteacher
  • Demonstrated success in turning around underperforming schools
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage change and drive school improvement
  • Commitment to the welfare and development of all students
