The QA Team is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join us As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will ensure that our products not only meet but exceed our high standards. You will be responsible for reviewing documentation, providing online support, carrying out Internal Audits and communicating any issues to the appropriate team members. You will also be key in facilitating investigations into any issues that arise and helping teams understand the Quality impact and possible Root Causes.

We want someone who can collaborate effectively with colleagues throughout the company. Your ability to communicate effectively with everyone involved in the creation of our products will help ensure that we deliver the best possible results.   • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent

  • Good decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Quality Assurance or related field would be a plus
