CereCore is seeking a Primary Care and Outpatient Revenue Analyst Role to join our team based in London, UK.

Works with our Clinical Leads and Subject Matter Experts to perform technical analysis of business and end-user needs
Documents requirements for business solutions within primary care and outpatient settings.
Evaluates current departmental procedures/processes and makes recommendations for proposing and/or re-engineering to best utilise capabilities of business systems and enhance departmental productivity, performance and accuracy
Participates in training sessions and workshops to educate self and then confidently shares expertise with clinical and administrative staff on best practices and documentation requirements to ensure the EHR meets the needs of our stakeholders
Analyses data, trends, specifications and processes across the primary care and outpatient facilities within HCA.
Works with HCA EHR Primary Care and Outpatient Technical Lead, SME’s & teams across sites: to verify findings and ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose, are patient-centric, and embed best practices with the patient at the core of our business.
In conjunction with the Technical Change Lead - co-ordinates implementation of departmental systems, including completion of workflow analysis and establishment of benchmarks.
Works with Programme Primary Care Ambulatory workstream and other workstreams to advance planning, designing and building of exemplary functionality of the new EHR system. Participates in the planning, testing and validation of pathways before safe transfer of data to the live EHR system.
Certification or evidence of relevant experience in implementing technological change and/or business analysis.
Previous experience in scoping or mapping requirements for digital health implementation projects
Intermediate computer skills including proficiency in key applications including Visio, Excel and MS Teams
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide actionable insight for process improvement
Experience and ability of working in a fast-paced agile team environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Clinical and related pathways analysis and redesign.
Previous experience in Electronic Health Record implementation projects in a business analyst, technological build or operational capacity
Front-facing stakeholder management skills and exposure to Project Agile environments
