Food Production Operative

Production Operative Our client based in Hereford is looking for food production operatives to join their team. No experience is necessary, full training is provided on commencement of the assignment.
As a food production operative youll be involved in the production and packaging of raw food products. So youll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.
Our clients site operates across two factories:
Factory 1 is responsible for processing, whole bird production & portioning
Factory 2 is responsible for portioning & added value
Weighing, assembling and packing products ready for despatch
Manual handling which can include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg
Good Level of English and basic numeracy skills
Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
Experience within a production/ manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
Our Client is one of the Uks leading food businesses, supplying chicken & turkey to the countrys major supermarkets and well known restaurants.
