The Role: As a Deputy Care Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising staff members
  • Assist the service management

The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Deputy Care Manager position should have:
  • Level 3 QCF/NVQ in care or equivalent/higher
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience of working with adults/children in a residential / supported living setting
  • Experience as a senior support worker or deputy/assistant manager or similar position
