They take pride in offering high-quality, client-focused solutions across investments, pensions, protection, and retirement planning. They are currently seeking a Senior IFA Administrator to join their team. This is a key role in supporting their Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised. Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Client Administration: Manage daily client account administration, including record updates, application processing, and preparing client packs for meetings.
  • IFA Support: Provide administrative support to IFAs by handling client queries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with research tasks as needed.
  • New Business Processing: Liaise with product providers to process new business applications, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Communication: Manage all client correspondence efficiently, including letters, emails, and phone calls, ensuring professionalism at all times.
  • Compliance Support: Assist with the preparation of compliance documentation and maintain client files according to FCA regulations.
  • Platform Management: Use financial platforms and back-office systems such as Intelligent Office and XPlan to update client details, process transactions, and generate reports.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate client records and manage data entry into the firm's CRM and back-office systems.
  • Reporting: Assist with preparing client reports and suitability letters, including conducting research and compiling relevant documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with advisors, paraplanners, and other team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Previous experience in an IFA administration or financial services administration role is essential.
  • Familiarity with back-office systems such as Intelligent Office, XPlan, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling client data and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
