NDT INSPECTOR - INSIDE IR35 - £38.55 PER HOUR - 6 MONTHS - BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS - OPTIONS FOR 25/50% OT HOURSYolk Recruitment are recruiting for an NDT Inspector to join our client on an initial period of 6 months working from their major site in Broughton.Tasks & accountabilitiesNondestructive testing of aircraft materials (Composite and Metallic) components and structures across all business areasEnsure all in-house technical requirements are maintained i.e. controlling documentation, continuation training for operational areas, Operational Surveillance, supply of NDT reports to allow concessions to be raised, and instruction formulation and review.Line side support to operationsAndon Support direct to operationsPPS SupportExternal/internal Audit supportConcession reduction project supportCarry out performance checks on in-house NDT Instrumentation in support of all business areasMaintain personal approvals in accordance with the applicable NDT certification scheme and in line with business requirementsRequired skillsEssential:EN4179 (or equivalent) Level 2 qualification in Eddy Currents and UltrasonicExperience in testing and inspection methods for both Composite and Metallic materialsEffective communication skills, both written and verbal.
