Stephen James is looking for a MINI Sales Executive.

Your role

If you have a passion for MINI and want to deliver exceptional customer experience, then this is a great opportunity to develop your career with one of the world's most exciting and vibrant brands in the automotive industry.

As a MINI Sales Executive, you will be responsible for every aspect of the sales process for new and used vehicles. You will see the sales process through from vehicle inquiry and test drive to finance options, accessories, and delivery. You will demonstrate the unique features and technologies that make owning a MINI an absolute delight, providing expert knowledge on every model in the range and be an ambassador for the brand and the face of your Centre.

Basic salary of £23,000 with a competitive OTE of £50,000 + Company Car
Working hours are Monday to Friday and every Saturday (with a day off during the week). Closed on Sundays for a better work-life balance.

Your profile
  • Excellent proven communication, influencing and negotiation skills, having the ability to identify and close the sale
  • Highly motivated to succeed in a competitive sales environment
  • Enjoy following processes, administration and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised and good with diary management and following up within agreed timeframes
  • Able to develop rapport and trust with customers and to resolve conflict situations calmly and reasonably
  • Passion for customer service and be professional and well-presented
  • Ideally, you will have sales experience within the automotive but will consider an enthusiastic, quick learner who's from a customer service or sales background
