Managing and overseeing mechanical construction projects from start to finish from £10K-2million
* Developing project plans, budgets, timelines and schedules
* Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors
* Track project costs in order to meet budget
* Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
* Attending and leading where required, project meetings including: pre-construction, planning, design team and handover meetings
Strong Mechanical, Commercial, Industrial background
