What You'll Do: Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, building and nurturing long-lasting partnerships. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. Sales Executives, motivate, and mentor a team of support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.What You'll Bring: Proven experience in key account management within the engineering or related industry.
