Tax specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager opportunity on behalf of our client, a highly reputable firm of Chartered Accountants in Ipswich.

Perfect for an ATT Qualified &/ or CTA PQ/ Qualified individual with a strong foundation in personal or mixed tax seeking their next step up, and an excellent work/ life balance.

You will be working with a diverse and interesting client base including HNWIs, Directors, Trusts & Estates, and OMB's involving a mix of tax planning, compliance, and ad hoc advisory work.

The Role:

Assisting in managing a diverse portfolio of clients
Preparation and review of Personal Tax returns
Capital gains tax computations
Identifying tax planning opportunities
Inheritance & Capital gains tax
Preparation and review of tax compliance
Assisting the Partners & Management with advisory work
Reviewing the work of junior staff members
Client meetings
Dealing with client queries
Ad hoc advisory work

You:

ATT Qualified/ CTA Part-Qualified/ Qualified
Minimum of 2 years personal tax experience (ideally)
Practice experience is essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
