Working in a team of 4, you will support all administration tasks, in relation to payroll and HR. You will provide a professional, efficient, and effective HR administration service, including payroll, to meet the needs of the company, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, always maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.
Support the efficient and seamless provision of the payroll function, including logging absence including sicknotesAdminister the end-to-end HR transaction encompassing the whole of the employee lifecycle, from entry to exit by processing leavers, changes, and new starters, ensuring accurate documentation and timely onboarding.holiday, sick, maternity, jury service etc and are completed accurately and effectively.Maintain and update HR systems with employee information, ensuring HR and Payroll records are maintained in accordance with compliance with relevant laws and regulations, best practice, data protection and the company requirements.Stay up to date on changes to payroll and HR regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies and their application.Proven experience as an HR/Payroll Administrator is ideal but not essential,
You will have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
This is a part-time role-29.Flexible on start and finish times
Office-based
£38 per hour
Immediate start until 13th Sept 2024
