They're currently expanding their portfolio of specialist mental health homes in the Northwest and are on the hunt for a dedicated Registered Manager RMN to join their team. Our client is a small yet well-established provider of specialist mental health homes. They have a growing presence in the Northwest and are known for their commitment to care. As a Registered Manager RMN, your responsibilities will include: Managing a home within a Mental Health setting Ensuring CQC compliance as a registered home manager Supporting older people with complex physical and mental health needs Dealing with challenging and disinhibited behaviour & Drug & Alcohol misuse

The ideal Registered Manager RMN will have: An NMC nursing pin Home management experience within a Mental Health setting A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered home manager An NVQ in social care management
