If you have a background in plumbing maintenance and a commitment to safety and compliance, this opportunity could be the right fit for you Role Overview: As a Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring all planned maintenance activities, including water systems and mains supply, are completed according to specifications and work packages. This role includes fault-finding, inspections, repairs, and ensuring compliance with statutory maintenance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and non-routine plumbing maintenance. Identify and repair life-expired equipment and faults. Carry out inspections, water sampling, and risk assessments. Perform repairs on mains water supply and plumbing systems. Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and follow agreed method statements. Minimize wastage and continuously improve processes. Ensure statutory maintenance work is completed on time and compliant with regulations. This role may require: Working at heights and in various weather conditions. Qualifications: Full UK driving license. Relevant plumbing trade qualification. Skills and Experience: Experience with the Maximo maintenance system or similar packages. Experience in operating light plant equipment. Gas Safe registration (desirable). Knowledge of Legionella Control (L8).
