As a bustling operator with a reputation for excellence, we are looking for an ambitious individual ready to make their mark. All day dining including brunch 46-48 hours per week, 5 days per week, 3 closing shifts only on an average week If you possess a flair for culinary innovation combined with a keen sense of management, meticulous due diligence, and financial acumen, this is a great opportunity for you. Embrace the challenge and be a vital part of our culinary success. Preferred Requirements: Proven cooking skills Strong management abilities Thorough due diligence practices Good budgeting skills with experience in GP and staff costs Preferred Qualifications: Relevant culinary qualifications Previous experience in a similar high-volume establishment Demonstrable success in a leadership role
