Job Title: Registered Nurse (Permanent)

Shift: Day, (36 hours in a week)

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Administering medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders
  • Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories
  • Performing diagnostic tests and analyzing results to provide accurate patient assessments
  • Assisting with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive healthcare practices
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective and coordinated patient care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Adhering to legal, ethical, and professional nursing standards

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in State/Region
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding healthcare environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting positive patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Non UK citizen - Right to work Documents (Passport, BRP, Share Code)
  • UK citizen (Passport/Birth certificates)
  • Enhanced Updated DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)/PVG
  • Mandatory Training Certificates (UK NMC Pin Number is Mandatory)
  • Proof of NI (National Insurance Number)
  • Proof of Covid vaccination
  • Proof of Address
  • Proof of Bank Details
  • A Clear picture of the candidate for the profile
  • 1-6 Month's UK experience working in a professional care home
