Reporting to the Audit Committee, we focus on risks, the effectiveness of controls, compliance with policies, laws and regulations and we provide advice and guidance on all aspects of control activities, processes, policies and procedures. About The Role - You Will The Internal Auditor is responsible for completing internal audit activities in accordance with the standards established by the Institute of Internal Auditors. Specific job responsibilities include: Assist in the planning, execution and follow up of operational, financial, and compliance audits. Prepare accurate, logical work-papers clearly describing the work performed, testing results and conclusions. Assist in the development of effective and practical recommendations. Work with management to develop acceptable solutions to address issues or gaps. Perform testing of SOX controls. Prepare draft audit findings, including observations and recommendations. Participate in risk assessments. Perform other duties related to Internal Audit as assigned. About You You value integrity, quality, innovation, diversity, and inclusion. You see your future as a professionally qualified Internal Auditor at Seagate. Your Experience Includes 1 to 2 years of internal control/process audit or accounting experience. Computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint). You May Also Have A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience is strongly preferred Completed applications should be submitted no later than midnight on Monday, 8th December 2025 This is a Full-Time position working 39 hours per week.
