What you’ll do

As a higher apprentice you’ll build a career you can be proud of, while earning a competitive wage and working towards a Higher National Diploma or Foundation Degree.

Through a mix of hands-on training and classroom learning you’ll develop your skills and gain invaluable experience working on real-life projects that help secure the world’s future, as well as your own.

Entry requirements?

England and Wales:

  • Age 18+
  • 5+ GCSEs grade A*-C / 9-4 including English and Maths, as well as a Science subject for engineering or technical roles and a minimum of 96 UCAS points, but subjects and specific requirements may vary depending on the role.

Scotland:

  • Age 16+
  • 5 National 5’s at grade C or above + 3 Highers at grade C or above, including English and Maths (excluding Application of Maths) as well as a Science subject for engineering or technical roles. Specific requirements may vary depending on the role

What is the application process?

The stages of our application process include: a short online application. If you’re successful, you'll then complete an online assessment with interactive activities, and an on-demand video interview. The next stage is competency-based interview, either virtual or face-to-face.
